1. Description of Service

ChatPilot Ai provides an advanced automation and engagement platform designed for Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Key capabilities include:

• Automated Direct Message (DM) responses triggered by user comments and story mentions.
• Keyword-based conversational routing and digital product link delivery.
• AI-powered auto-replies based on your custom business knowledge base.
• Engagement insights, click-through tracking, and lead capture.

2. User Obligations & Compliance

To maintain the integrity and safety of the Instagram ecosystem, you agree that:

• Meta Terms Compliance: You must strictly follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Commercial Terms at all times.
• Anti-Spam Policy: You will not use ChatPilot Ai for sending unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive offers, phishing schemes, or misleading commercial spam.
• Account Authorization: You have the legitimate authority and rights to connect and manage the Instagram account(s) you authenticate with ChatPilot Ai.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

ChatPilot Ai offers tier-based monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro Growth, and Agency/Enterprise). By subscribing:

• Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active plan at any time through your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your active automation triggers will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Termination & Data Deletion

You retain total control over your connected accounts. You may disconnect your Instagram account or request complete data deletion at any time via the Settings page or our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions page.
