In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and global data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), ChatPilot Ai provides clear, immediate, and transparent mechanisms to request complete deletion of all data associated with your connected Instagram accounts.
Navigate to your Preferences / Settings page at any time and click "Disconnect Account" or "Purge All Data". This immediately destroys all stored access tokens, message logs, and automation workflows.
Go to your Facebook Profile ➔ Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings ➔ Apps and Websites ➔ Locate ChatPilot Ai ➔ Click Remove. Meta will notify our webhook callback endpoint to automatically revoke permissions and purge your record.
Send an email to thevelocityexports@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including your Instagram username. Our data privacy officer will verify and permanently delete all records within 48 hours and send you a confirmation receipt.
